A Few Explanatory Notes:

Your Right of Refusal

Collaborating with me to develop the concept and price of your painting is completely free and comes with absolutely no obligations. Refusing to move forward on a project will in no way adversely affect working with me again in the future, including the purchase price of any future work. If you do not wish to complete the purchase of a custom painting after making your deposit, you may refuse, on an individual basis, each created work of art. In such an event, I will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit free for any claims or interests, and you will not owe me any additional money. A refusal at this stage will also not adversely affect your ability to work with me in the future.

My Right of Refusal

I retain the absolute right to decline your project based on the proposed content., not because of who you are. I do not discriminate based on race, national origin, religion, age, family status and structures, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or pretty much anything else that makes people unique and beautiful.
